To big to fit into one frame! 🤯 Whopping 6 trays of slab cakes (20cm x 35cm) built a massive slab cake feeding 150 guests! 🤩 This was a combo of butter lover & chocolate cake with Koko Samoa fudge sauce. 🤤 So heavy, I needed help getting it to the car! 🚗

Growing up in Suva, Monday nights was rourou night! It's so easy becoming a vegetarian there – fruits and vegetables are abundant and fresh. Rourou, though? It was like Kryptonite to me! Boiled rice and tomato sauce was way more appealing. 😅

My big brother made me sit at the table until I finished my dinner. Painful memories! 💔

We are moving away from table service and transitioning to a pick-and-go model. This change will make ordering quicker and more convenient, helping us serve you faster.

And secondly, we’re shifting our focus from in-store service to a more online-driven approach. Many of our desserts will now be available through our online shop, allowing us to reach more customers and provide a more personalized, efficient experience.

It’s an exciting time for us and we are grateful that in this current economy we have the ability to pivot🌻
