Description

Filled with sticky chocolate fudge sauce, snickers bar, vanilla syrup a caramel glaze and topped with chocolate rum truffles. If this was a drug, you'd be addicted (MUST TRY!!).

This recipe was shared to me by a beautiful mama from Aitutaki, Cook Islands and now it's time to share it with Aotearoa. I have added my favourite childhood ice cream flavours (Blitz) to give it a personal touch. This rich, dense cake is best served chilled.
